Parents/Guardians are bound by the rules of the school. The rules of the school could be changed from time to time as per the requirement. In all the matters of dispute, the decision of the Principal will be final.

Parents should send their ward (s) to school or to the Auto-stop at proper time. They should also collect their wards(s) from the school as per the timings laid by the school. Parents/Guardians should take proper care of their ward(s) once they are out of school campus.

Parents are expected not to enter the school to consult the teacher during school hours.However they can meet the Principal or the teacher on prior appointment.

The Principal is fully empowered to remove a student from the school / hostel if the student has failed to follow the discipline of the school which is detrimental to the interest of the other students of the school or the student fails to come up to the academic standard of his/her class or when detention in the same class would make the student too old for his/her class.

The Parents/Guardians will not hold the school indemnified against all claims arising through illness, accident or any other cause.

Absence without leave will be taken into serious consideration. An application must be sent by the Parent and also a note made in the diary specifying reason thereof. Minimum 80% attendance is required for promotion to the next class.

Parents are requested to pay the school fees regularly by the 10th of each month. A late fine of Rs. 50 per month will be charged after the 10th of each month. Students will not be allowed to appear in the examination unless all dues are cleared.

The Parents/Guardians will authorize the Principal to take necessary action on their behalf, in case any emergency or any such condition where their permission is needed but cannot be obtained in time.

No articles, other than permitted by the school authorities should be brought to school. The school does not hold any responsibility for the loss of any such articles or valuables.

The Parents/Guardians will agree that in the event of their child being withdrawn during the course of the year, whatever the reason, the full fees laid down by the school of that month will be paid by them.
